netsujo.jp — Search and AI-Visibility Improvement
Self case study. Industry: Web3, AI, and systems development. Last updated 2026-07-04.
01 / Challenge and starting point
Our service descriptions, internal links, and structured data were not developed enough for search engines or AI to understand clearly.
Over the first measurable 28-day period (2025-02-25 to 2025-03-24), search impressions were 861, search clicks were 69, and organic-search conversions were 0.
02 / What we did
- Implemented JSON-LD structured data (22 types)
- Set up 301 redirects (66)
- Resolved structured-data warnings (5 → 0)
- Fixed Open Graph type tags (og:type) on 62 articles
- Added internal links from the top page to service pages (0 → 6)
- Reorganised the service definitions and consolidated business information into a single source (the business-information ledger)

03 / Before/after measured values
| Metric | Before (2025-02-25–03-24) | Latest (2026-05-31–06-27) | Source |
|---|---|---|---|
| Search impressions | 861 | 29,710 | GSC |
| Search clicks | 69 | 355 | GSC |
| Organic-search sessions | 88 | 605 | GA4 |
| Organic-search conversions | 0 | 17 | GA4 |
All figures are 28-day measurements.
04 / External factors and limitations
- Over the roughly 15-month period, article publishing, a full site rebuild, and search-algorithm updates happened in parallel, so we cannot isolate the effect of any single action.
- We have not adjusted for seasonality or changes in search demand between the two comparison periods.
This case is a record of measured results for a specific period; it does not guarantee the same results elsewhere.
