miyakodeit.com — Community-Site Search-Visibility Improvement
Self case study. Client: Miyako de IT, a Kyoto IT community we operate. Industry: IT community operation. Last updated 2026-07-04.
01 / Challenge and starting point
Event and community track records were not structured, making them hard for search or AI to pick up.
Over the first measurable 28-day period (2025-12-07 to 2026-01-03), search impressions were 235 and search clicks were 23.
02 / What we did
- Rebuilt the site from scratch with search-oriented information architecture — a structured listing of events and community track record
- Implemented JSON-LD structured data
- Fixed issues found through weekly Google Search Console audits

|---|---|---|---|
| Search impressions | 235 | 6,512 | GSC |

| Organic-search sessions | Not measured (before measurement began) | 234 | GA4 |
| Organic-search conversions | Not measured (before measurement began) | 41 | GA4 |
All figures shown are 28-day measurements.
04 / External factors and limitations
- Events and external exposure ran in parallel during the period, so we cannot isolate the effect of any single action.
- GA4 metrics for the initial period are unavailable because measurement had not started yet.
This case is a record of measured results for a specific period; it does not guarantee the same results elsewhere.
