After working as a police officer, then running a coffee shop, and now planning and building Web3 and AI ventures, the belief I have arrived at is this: trust the passion that wells up from within a person. Technology alone does not move people. That is why we build our team around passion, valuing autonomy, independence, and mutual respect.

I believe what a startup needs, more than speed or ideas, is a genuine, unshakeable drive — a clear sense of why we are doing this.
