Corporate Generative AI Training
Netsujo Inc. provides corporate generative AI training that uses your own work as the subject matter and trains five or more people to lead AI use in-house. Participants learn how to ask AI for work, how to check its output, and how to use it as a team. We ask about your employees' AI understanding, the AI services you already use, and your requests, then write the curriculum for you. Instructors are selected from Tomohiro Iida, working IT engineers, and BizDev members to fit your goals.
Participants take home four core deliverables, which we propose and then agree with you based on the target work and learning goals: request templates, a work procedure, a review checklist, and a team rollout plan.

Why Netsujo
- Learning designed from your current environment
- We check AI understanding and the services already in place, then choose subject matter from real work. If you already have internal rules or a development platform, we start from using and improving them, and turn the result into request templates and work procedures that are used after the training.
- Instructors who connect technology and business
- We select the right people from Tomohiro Iida, working IT engineers, and BizDev members, combining expertise such as implementation and testing in development, or organizing work and making proposals. In live demonstrations, instructors explain the reasoning behind each decision, not only the operation.
- Our own technical development as teaching material
- We design the roles, responsibilities, and verification of AI agents in our own work and publish the code and documents. Output quality, information and permissions, and the steps where people review are covered according to the subject matter and goals of the training.
Corporate training record and schedule
| Status | Details |

The confirmed December engagement and the November–December team and class-period counts are not added together, because their overlap has not been confirmed. Completed figures include only finished training. Client names are not disclosed.
Training content
The training is designed from a pre-training interview. We adjust the balance between fundamentals and practice to participants’ AI understanding, roles, and the services they use. The themes below are examples that can be built into the curriculum.
For people who want to use AI in daily work
Audience: sales, administration, planning, and others who use AI in everyday work. We break down current tasks such as research, writing, spreadsheets, and organizing internal information, decide which parts AI handles and which parts people check, and practice them.
- Structuring requests so that the purpose and conditions come across
- Research and document creation while checking the evidence
- Aggregating and formatting spreadsheets, and checking the numbers
- Creating and updating internal procedures and FAQs
Example deliverables: request templates for the target work; a work procedure from input to review; a checklist for errors and confidential information.
For teams bringing AI into development
Audience: engineering and production teams, and development leads. How to build assistance such as Claude Code into an existing development process: from clarifying specifications through changes, testing, and review, using subject matter prepared for verification. If you already have internal AI rules or a development platform, we start from using and improving them.
- Investigating unclear points in a specification and the impact of a change
- Implementing and testing in small units of change
- Conditions for accepting generated results, and how review is divided
- Permissions and information handling when connecting external tools
Example deliverables: an AI development workflow the team uses; verification items for accepting a change; proposed improvements to project instructions and rules.
For people spreading AI across the organization
Audience: AI adoption leads, department heads, and technical leads. What to delegate, where people decide, and how to stop when something goes wrong: we organize the operating conditions for wider use around the actual work.
- Choosing the work to tackle and designing a small trial
- Organizing the information, permissions, and approvals that may be used
- Dividing roles when several people or AIs are working
- How to check results and review the setup after adoption
Example deliverables: a table of AI use candidates and the order to start them; a first draft of internal usage rules; an adoption plan with owners and review dates.
Tools are chosen to match the learning goals and your conditions of use. We never set the training content on the assumption that you subscribe to a specific paid product.
How the standard six sessions run
The standard plan's six sessions (12 hours in total) map to the four phases below. The allocation of each session and the learning goals are proposed according to participants' experience and the target work, and agreed in advance.
| Phase | Sessions | What happens |
|---|---|---|
| 01 Set the subject and pass criteria | Session 1 | Agree what to improve and what state counts as usable. |
| 02 Learn from instructor demonstrations | Session 2 | Instructors explain not only the operation but also the reasoning behind decisions and how to find errors. |
| 03 Verify under your own conditions | Sessions 3–5 | Try the prepared subject matter and new inputs, check gaps against expectations, and fix the procedure. |
| 04 Leave it in a form for the next job | Session 6 | Organize templates, review items, and the next owner and actions, and confirm that another person can take over and run the procedure. |
Learning goals and how they are checked
Goals are aligned before the training, and progress is reviewed against the same subject matter and review items. The table below is an example of evaluation design, not a result from a client company.
| Theme | Issue before training | Change the training aims for |
|---|---|---|
| Documents | Content written by AI is pasted into documents as is. | Participants check sources, numbers, and assumptions, and can explain why they made corrections. |
| Development | Code can be generated, but nobody can judge whether to adopt it. | Participants read the intent of a change and decide whether to adopt it following tests and review. |
| Internal rollout | Whether AI may be used is left to each person’s judgment. | Participants organize the conditions for information, operations, and approvals, and can decide the scope for internal trials. |
Learning goals are set within the scope agreed in advance. We do not uniformly guarantee a reduction rate in working time, revenue growth, or proficiency for every participant.

Instructors and published work
Besides Tomohiro Iida, we select people from working IT engineers and BizDev members who handle business development, to match the training theme, technical area, and participants. The assigned instructors’ backgrounds, areas of expertise, and division of roles are shared in advance.
Tomohiro Iida, Representative Director (CEO) of Netsujo Inc., is one of the instructor candidates. He links the work end to end: clarifying client problems, validating AI use, aligning requirements with implementation teams, and designing operations. From April 2018 to June 2019, before founding Netsujo, he was the project leader for AI new-business development at an operating company. He passed the Japan Deep Learning Association (JDLA) G Test as an individual in November 2018, and in 2019 ran a G Test preparation course at the Miyako de IT community.
The records below are public material for checking the instructors’ experience and technical background. They are not cases measuring a client’s business improvement or training effectiveness. Summaries are by Netsujo.

- 03 Training and review — the training proceeds while checking participants’ understanding. At the end, deliverables and remaining issues are organized and connected to the next internal actions.
Frequently asked questions
- How much does the corporate AI training cost?
- The standard plan is JPY 300,000 per participant, excluding tax, for six sessions totaling 12 hours, with a minimum of five participants. For five participants, the base training fee is JPY 1,500,000, excluding tax. The maximum number of participants and the specific content are decided through individual consultation. If costs arise for paid tools, travel and accommodation, custom-made materials, or additional support, we quote them in advance. The initial consultation and a rough estimate are free.
- We have not decided what the training should cover yet.
- Tell us the target department and the work that is causing trouble now. In the initial consultation we sort out whether basic AI understanding is needed or practice on specific work should come first. We also accept consultations at the planning stage.
- Our employees range from beginners to people who already use AI.
- We check experience and usage in advance and consider what everyone learns together and what is handled separately. Depending on group size and time, we propose class splits or subject matter at different levels.
- Do we need to use our own data or development environment?
- No. We first consider a structure using samples or a verification environment. If real data or existing environments are used, we agree on permissions, information handling, confidentiality, and the scope of prior checks before preparing.
- Can the training use a specific tool such as ChatGPT or Claude?
- Tell us the tools you prefer and your contract status. We check the functions needed, usage limits, and internal rules, and propose what can be delivered. Support for a tool’s latest features is confirmed at the proposal stage.
- We produce more code and documents with AI, but review cannot keep up.
- The training can cover building review steps before accepting generated output, using methods we run daily in our own development as subject matter: building in independent review, recording when a check was skipped, and verifying against source data. How far this applies to your development flow is confirmed in the initial consultation; building a review system itself is scoped and priced separately from the training.
- Can recordings and materials be shared internally?
- Whether recording is allowed, the format of materials, the number of people and period for sharing, and the scope of secondary use are agreed in advance. Recording and indefinite use are not uniformly included.
- Do you have a record of corporate training?
- Most recently, we delivered corporate generative AI training for 2 teams, 12 class periods. A third corporate training engagement is confirmed for December 2026, and corporate generative AI and development training for 3 teams, 12 class periods is planned for November–December 2026. These figures are not added together because their overlap has not been confirmed. Client names are not disclosed.
- How are instructors chosen?
- Besides Tomohiro Iida, we select instructors from working IT engineers and BizDev members to fit your goals, participants’ AI understanding, and technical area. Their backgrounds, areas of expertise, and division of roles are shared in advance.
- Can the training make use of subsidies?
- Yes, where needed. We check the conditions of the subsidy you are considering and explain what we can do for training design, hours, and document preparation, and confirm in advance who handles the application. We do not guarantee eligibility, screening results, or receipt.
- Can we also ask you for development or adoption after the training?
- Yes, you can consult us. System development, integration into your environment, and ongoing operations are scoped and priced separately from the training, and proposed after confirming the need.
