Netsujo Inc. is a Web3/AI business-development support company based in Shimogyo-ku, Kyoto. CEO Tomohiro Iida (business development, on-the-ground translation) and CTO Yasunori Matsuoka (technical lead, blockchain implementation) form the core team, working alongside contract partners on each engagement.

Our policy is to spend the first half of every engagement structuring the problem by listening to people on the ground, before moving on to technology selection. Making Web3 and AI stick in the real world takes more than working technology — it requires decision-makers on site to genuinely understand why this is needed now.

We start from what we hear on the ground, not from a textbook. We observe how local government, fishing, healthcare, and finance actually make decisions and run their workflows before judging where Web3 or AI applies.

Tomohiro Iida — CEO / Representative Director

Business development; NPO NEMTUS marketer; runs Miyako de IT and BAR KRYPTO. Career: Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department → ran a coffee shop → a software development company → founded Netsujo Inc.

Yasunori Matsuoka — CTO / Chief Technology Officer

Blockchain engineer; Vice Chairman, NPO NEMTUS; CTO of Netsujo Inc. Career: a manufacturing company → Interoperability Lab (formerly LCNEM / formerly CauchyE) → CTO, Netsujo Inc.

Partner recruitment

The CEO and CTO work with contract partners to flex capacity to the size of each engagement. We are continuously looking for people in the following areas.

Web3 engineer

Expertise in blockchain implementation such as Solidity, Symbol/NEM, and ZK. Engagements include smart-contract design, DID/VC implementation, and traceability infrastructure. Contract-based, per project.

Frontend engineer

Next.js, TypeScript, and React skills. We welcome people who can take responsibility for UX quality on Web3 admin panels, dashboards, and landing pages. Contract-based, remote-friendly.

UI/UX designer

Freelance designers based mainly in Kyoto or Tokyo who can share Netsujo’s design standard — academic tone, serif type, multi-color, in-person meetings in Kyoto welcome. Contract-based, per project.

Partner companies

Companies, universities, research institutions, local governments, and traditional-industry businesses that can co-create in Web3 and AI. We welcome subcontracting and joint-proposal discussions after signing an NDA.
