Netsujo Inc. is a Kyoto-based consulting company that supports Web3 and blockchain projects end to end: concept structuring, proof of concept (PoC), production implementation, and operational adoption. Concept-phase pricing starts at JPY 500,000.
We work blockchain, NFTs, DID, and RWA into a company’s or local government’s business problems, starting from the judgment of whether Web3 is genuinely the right tool. This is a hands-on partnership carried out through dialogue, not a one-off proposal document.

- Can I talk to you before I’ve decided anything?
- Yes — we take on engagements from the stage of "I don’t know if Web3 is right for us." The concept phase can conclude that Web3 isn’t the answer, in which case we propose a conventional system instead. We judge by the problem, not by the technology.
- Do you work outside Kyoto or outside Japan?
- Yes, nationwide. We joined the Chain Up KYOTO working group on March 10, 2026, and have also worked with companies and local governments in Tokyo, Osaka, Nagoya, and Fukuoka, plus projects coordinated with partners in Vietnam and Singapore. Meetings are online by default, with on-site visits as needed.
