Which best describes you?
- For business planning / new-venture leads — Web3 concept brainstorming (30 min)
- For those at the stage of "I've been told to do something with Web3/AI but don't know where to start" or "I want to think it through before writing an RFP." We help outline the business value, feasibility, and rough budget. A good fit if your business challenge is clear but you need help structuring the technical side, need material for an internal decision, or are still ahead of vendor selection.
- For technical leads / engineers — PoC scope assessment (30 min)
- For those at the stage of "I want to start a PoC but don't know what to verify to move forward" or "I want to know if this can connect with our existing system." We go deeper into technology selection, scope, and KPI design. A good fit if you need to sanity-check a technology choice, want a PoC design reviewed, or need to work through security or operational concerns.
Consultation themes
- Web3 / AI concept brainstorming (30 min) — for business planning and new-venture leads
- We help structure an early-stage idea in terms of business viability, technology, and budget. Covers: whether Web3/AI is actually needed; the issues to work through before moving to a PoC; and confirming the material needed for an internal sign-off. Not covered: detailed requirements definition, research-report writing, or a formal quote. Afterward you will know: the issues to work through next, whether it is ready to become a PoC, and where paid support becomes necessary.
- Development & technical consultation (30 min) — for technical leads and engineers
- We work through whether a candidate chain or framework is appropriate, the direction for connecting with your existing systems, and security/operational concerns from an engineering perspective. Not covered: a detailed technical research report, delivery of a production design document or architecture diagram, or code review/implementation work. Afterward you will know: the key technology-selection issues, what still needs research, and where a paid review begins.
- Local-government & regional-partnership consultation (30 min) — for local governments and public-sector bodies
- We work through how to run a pilot project, apply for a subsidy, or partner with local businesses, from the angle of government purpose and operational continuity. Covers: checking that a pilot theme aligns with a government purpose; issues to work through before a subsidy application; and confirming the direction against similar precedents. Not covered: writing an application or proposal on your behalf, drafting the pilot design document or report, or coordinating contracts between operators. Afterward you will know: an early read on whether to apply, the points an application needs to cover, and where paid support becomes necessary.
- PoC design consultation (30 min) — for new-venture and technical leads
- We work through how to structure a PoC that can lead to a production decision, in terms of hypothesis, KPIs, and exit criteria. Covers: clarifying the hypothesis being tested and the PoC's purpose; an early look at the production/exit decision; and identifying what needs to be verified and its scope. Not covered: writing the PoC or KPI design document, preparing internal sign-off materials, or implementation/operation work. Afterward you will know: whether to turn this into a PoC, what remains before it becomes a design document, and where paid support becomes necessary.
- Smart contract pre-procurement audit consultation (30 min) — for Web3 businesses and procurement leads
- Before you place a development order, we review the specification, contract, and audit-scope questions from a third-party perspective. Covers: reviewing points in a procurement spec or RFP; an early sense of audit scope and cost; and a basic check on NFT/SBT/token design. Not covered: issuing a formal code-audit report, implementing or fixing a smart contract, or a legal review of the contract. Afterward you will know: what to resolve before placing the order, what scope needs a third-party audit, and where paid review begins.
- Pricing & pre-procurement consultation (30 min) — for anyone
- We work through our fixed-price packages, typical cost ranges, and the issues to settle before placing an order, from the angle of internal sign-off. Covers: confirming fixed-price packages and cost ranges; working out the rough budget needed for an internal decision; and how to combine multiple packages. Not covered: issuing a formal quote or contract, estimating cost based on a detailed requirements definition, or preparing internal sign-off materials on your behalf. Afterward you will know: an expected cost range, the package that fits, and what further information your internal sign-off needs.
