- We supported proposals to municipalities and businesses, and handled planning and operation for exhibition activities.

- A collaboration structure with multiple stakeholders, including municipalities, was built and the initiative moved into an adoption-review phase.

- The existing system had reached its limits as UX degraded and maintenance costs increased.
- What we did
- We joined from requirements definition and handled cross-platform design and implementation in React Native, with quality control led by a Japanese PM.
- Reached point
- The migration to a modern stack was completed, maintainability and user experience improved, and ongoing operational support continued after release.

We build with AI and work remotely. When the goal is clear, digital tools help us move quickly. We also make time to listen to someone sitting next to us, encounter a question we would not have chosen ourselves, and leave room for an unplanned conversation.
Netsujo operates Miyako de IT, a Kyoto IT community founded in February 2019. The learning and exchange we continue to organize in temples, townhouses, and other local venues are part of our work.
