About Netsujo Inc.

Netsujo is an implementation-led business development partner based in Kyoto, Japan. We take on projects at the stage where the idea is still unshaped, and stay involved through requirements definition, proof of concept, and building the system that goes live.

Vision and values

Our four values are passion, autonomy, initiative, and mutual respect. They guide how we choose work, make decisions, and collaborate.

Passion
Stay with the important problem until the agreed destination is reached.
Autonomy
Choose by purpose, evidence, and ethics rather than fashion, authority, or title.
Initiative
Make the next action and the responsibility you accept explicit.
Mutual respect
Respect differences in expertise and role, and work forward together.

What we mean by implementation-led

A large share of emerging-technology projects stop at the slide deck. Our starting position is that a concept is only worth as much as the working system it eventually becomes. We therefore structure the concept and build it with the same team, rather than handing a specification to someone else at the midpoint.

  • Concept structuring — turning an unshaped idea into scope, requirements, and a plan that can be built
  • Proof of concept — small, bounded experiments with agreed exit criteria before committing to full development
  • Real-world implementation — building, launching, and operating the system

We build technology and places to meet.

We build with AI and work remotely. We also make time to meet: to share technical questions, learn how others think, encounter questions we would not have chosen ourselves, and leave a little room off-script. Developing digital systems and creating these opportunities are both part of our work.

Miyako de IT began in February 2019, before Netsujo was founded in June 2023. Netsujo is its current operator. Published event totals include upcoming and cancelled events; registered membership is not event attendance.
