Netsujo Agent OS	Internal R&D / operating validation	Internal control-plane R&D for explicit authority, verifiable evidence, independent QC, stop conditions, and recoverable AI-agent operations.
Cycle	Concept / research stage	A blood-donation platform under concept and research, using blockchain to address a social challenge in healthcare.
DID Platform Service	Ongoing research and development	A DID (decentralized identity) platform being co-researched and developed with Proof of Your Life so that users can control the disclosure scope of their own profile information.
Angles	Concept / design stage	A decision-support tool for structuring the points a meeting or proposal needs to cover, and preventing the "we missed that angle" problem. Lets users save and reference source URLs.
YaseiGrid (wildlife detection)	Concept / demonstration-preparation stage	A DePIN-style wildlife-risk data network concept: distributed AI cameras detect and notify on the appearance of bears, wild boar, and deer. The detection, notification, and reward mechanisms are still to be verified through field trials.

The research insight behind each project — hypotheses, reference designs, and failure conditions — is published on Netsujo Lab, a separate research layer of the site.

We are interested in co-creation projects with local governments and companies, and are recruiting demonstration partners and joint-research partners.
