Article 2 (How We Collect Personal Information)
We may ask for personal information such as a user's name, date of birth, address, telephone number, email address, bank account number, credit card number, or driver's license number when the user registers to use the Service.
We may also collect, from our business partners (including information providers, advertisers, and ad-delivery partners; hereinafter "Partners"), transaction records and payment-related information involving personal information of a user, arising between the user and such Partners.

Where a contract is concluded, information is retained to the extent necessary for contract management and legal compliance.
- Use of external services / oversight of subcontractors
- We may use external services such as cloud storage and email delivery to store and communicate application information. The Company exercises necessary and appropriate oversight of such subcontractors to ensure they manage personal information properly.
- Enquiries and requests regarding an application
- For corrections to application content, withdrawing an application, or requests to disclose, correct, delete, or stop using an applicant's personal information, please contact info@netsujo.jp.
Article 4 (Change of Purpose of Use)
- The Company will change the purpose of use of personal information only where it can reasonably be considered related to the purpose before the change.
- If the purpose of use is changed, the Company will notify users of the new purpose, or publish it on this website, by the method the Company determines.
Article 5 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)
1. Except in the following cases, the Company will not provide personal information to a third party without the user's prior consent, unless permitted under the Act on the Protection of Personal Information or other laws:
- Where necessary to protect a person's life, body, or property, and it is difficult to obtain the individual's consent
- Where particularly necessary for improving public health or promoting the sound development of children, and it is difficult to obtain the individual's consent
- Where necessary to cooperate with a national or local government body, or a party entrusted by such a body, in carrying out affairs prescribed by law, and obtaining consent would be likely to impede the performance of those affairs
2. Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, the recipient of the information is not considered a "third party" in the following cases: where the Company outsources all or part of the handling of personal information within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use; where personal information is provided in connection with a business succession due to a merger or other reason; and where personal information is jointly used with a specific party, provided that the fact of such joint use, the items of personal information jointly used, the scope of parties jointly using it, the purpose of use by the users of the information, and the name of the party responsible for managing that personal information have been notified to the individual in advance, or have been placed in a state where the individual can readily access that information.
Article 6 (Disclosure of Personal Information)
1. When the Company is asked by an individual to disclose their personal information, it will disclose it to that individual without delay. However, the Company may decline to disclose all or part of it, and will notify the individual without delay if it decides not to disclose, in any of the following cases:
- Where disclosure risks harming the life, body, property, or other rights or interests of the individual or a third party
- Where disclosure risks seriously impeding the proper conduct of the Company's business
- Where disclosure would otherwise violate any law or regulation
2. Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, the Company will not, in principle, disclose information other than personal information, such as history and characteristic information.
Article 7 (Correction and Deletion of Personal Information)
If a user's personal information held by the Company is incorrect, the user may request that the Company correct, add to, or delete it (hereinafter, "Correction, etc.") through the procedure the Company sets out.
If the Company receives such a request from a user and determines that it needs to respond, it will carry out the Correction, etc. without delay.
The Company will notify the user without delay after carrying out a Correction, etc. under the preceding paragraph, or after deciding not to do so.
Article 8 (Suspension of Use of Personal Information, etc.)
Where an individual requests that the Company suspend the use of, or erase (hereinafter, "Suspension of Use, etc."), their personal information, on the grounds that it is being handled beyond the scope of the purpose of use, or that it was obtained through improper means, the Company will conduct the necessary investigation without delay.
Based on the results of the investigation in the preceding paragraph, where the Company determines it needs to respond to the request, it will carry out the Suspension of Use, etc. of that personal information without delay.
The Company will notify the individual without delay after carrying out Suspension of Use, etc. under the preceding paragraph, or after deciding not to do so.
Notwithstanding the preceding two paragraphs, where Suspension of Use, etc. would require substantial cost or is otherwise difficult to carry out, and the Company can take an alternative measure necessary to protect the individual's rights and interests, the Company will take that alternative measure instead.
