Two routes lead to different desks, and the intake differs as well. Pick the one that matches what you need before you write.

Route A — Web3, AI, PoC, development, and everything else

Shaping an idea, designing a proof of concept, building a system, working with local government, and partnership enquiries. Use the contact form below. We send a first reply within three business days as a rule. Sales, press, and advertising enquiries go by email rather than the form. The desk is info@netsujo.jp.

Route B — Netsujo SIGNAL

Applying for the free diagnosis, adoption questions, contracts, questions about a diagnosis you received, and support. The free diagnosis needs no payment details. The desk is signal@netsujo.jp.

Our contact form is currently available in Japanese only. You can still use it: write your enquiry in English and we will reply in English. The form fields are, in order, your name, company, email address, enquiry type, and message.
