On July 16, 2026, the "MCB FinTech Catalog," run by Monex Crypto Bank Inc., published an interview about Netsujo Inc.'s Web3 consulting and blockchain development. In it, Representative Director Tomohiro Iida talks about how the company started, the criteria we apply when supporting a Web3 project, the projects we have worked on, and the DePIN and AI × Web3 directions we plan to focus on next.
Organizing the business problem before adopting Web3
Netsujo supports new business initiatives at companies and local governments end to end: concept structuring, technology selection, PoC design, requirements definition, system development, production rollout, and operational improvement.
We do not decide on Web3 at the outset. We compare several options side by side, including a conventional web system and AI. After working through the business problem, customer value, cost-effectiveness, legal and security considerations, and the operating structure, we make explicit both the reason to use a blockchain and the alternative if we do not.
End-to-end support from concept through implementation and operation
- Select the technology from the business problem, without assuming Web3 up front
- Work through business viability, technology, and operations as one team rather than in silos
- Set the hypothesis to validate, the KPIs, the success conditions, and the exit criteria before any large build
- Turn the concept into requirements and a roadmap usable for internal approval and for commissioning development
- Move through concept structuring, PoC, and production implementation in stages
To date we have worked on an RWA initiative in the financial sector, DAO use in agriculture, NFT/SBT stamp rallies for local governments, and a traceability concept for manufacturing and shipping records.
Comment from the MCB FinTech Catalog editorial team
The editorial team highlighted our stance of "not proposing on the assumption that Web3 will be adopted," and our structure for supporting a project end to end from concept structuring through requirements definition, development, production rollout, and operational improvement. They also picked up on the fact that we judge how to use a blockchain from business necessity rather than starting from the technology, and that we design exit conditions before a PoC begins.
This is a summary of the editorial comment in our own words. The interview is an editorial feature; it is not an award, a certification, or an endorsement of Netsujo by the publisher.

Talk to us about a Web3 or blockchain initiative
We take on engagements from the concept stage for new businesses using RWA, NFT, SBT, DID, DAO, or DePIN. If you are at the point of "we cannot judge whether we should use a blockchain" or "we have a concept but it is not yet ready to commission a PoC or development," we will work through the business, technical, and operational questions with you.
