Why these three questions

Looking back at concept-stage consultations we have received, a few issues have come up repeatedly in cases that struggled to move from PoC to a production decision. These three questions focus on what is worth confirming early.

Q1: Necessity

Being able to explain in one line why you are using Web3/AI keeps your concept steady in internal proposals, customer conversations, resident explanations, and investment decisions.

Q2: Exit criteria

"We'll decide after trying it" tends to leave the interpretation of results open to disagreement among stakeholders. Defining exit criteria and a production-decision condition up front moves a PoC closer to "gathering data for an investment decision."

Q3: Legal and risk awareness

Web3 work touches on the Payment Services Act, the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act, the Act against Unjustifiable Premiums and Misleading Representations, and the Act on the Protection of Personal Information; AI work touches on personal-information protection, copyright, terms of service, accountability, and security. Working out the areas to check early reduces the risk of a major rework right before launch.
