Find what is blocking customer acquisition, and fix it first

Enter your official website and email, then state the offer you most want to sell, the customer you want to win, the problem they face, and the action you want them to take. SIGNAL compares the public site, search and generative-AI observations, and alternatives, then returns the single highest-priority opportunity loss as an implementation-ready recommended improvement.

One continuous website assessment

Business goal
The priority offer, target customer, customer problem, and desired conversion are the starting contract — not optional background.
Customer question and observation
Three to five mostly non-branded questions are generated. The report records the provider, model, search setting, locale, region, time, and successful observations over the total question count.
Alternatives, landing page, evidence, and gap
Observed competitors and alternatives are connected to the relevant page and public evidence, then narrowed to one missed opportunity. Fact, interpretation, business hypothesis, and the next validation are kept separate.
recommended improvement
Target URL and surface, change steps, completion criteria, validation, owner, effort, metrics, and required internal access — enough for an agency to quote and implement.

What you receive

The conclusion is not a score. It is one website assessment: Business Goal → Target Customer → Customer Question → Observation → Landing Page → Evidence → Gap → recommended improvement. The eight technical first-principle areas remain as an appendix supporting that conclusion.

Search legibility
Whether the structure of titles, headings, and body copy conveys the key points to a search engine.
AI-search readiness
Whether structured data and clearly stated key points match the visible copy.
Clarity for prospects
Whether services and track record are explained in a way a prospective customer can follow.
Enquiry pathway
Whether the path to enquiry or consultation is clear and drives action.
Structure & machine readability
Whether JSON-LD, canonical tags, robots.txt, and sitemaps are in place for machines to interpret.

The AI-search observation step runs live queries through OpenAI web search — currently the only service used — checking whether your company appears, whether your official site is cited, and where the description matches, is missing, or is wrong. The exact services used and the observation timestamp are recorded in the results, since AI answers vary by time, model, search feature, and region.

Frequently asked questions

How is this different from just asking ChatGPT myself?
Asking ChatGPT directly checks one part of the picture — how you look in AI search. SIGNAL’s free scan has a specialist AI diagnostic agent check your official site and key pages, technical structure, how your business comes across, trust signals, and the enquiry pathway, then cross-reference that against AI-search results — organizing confirmed facts, business impact, top priorities, improvement direction, and next actions.
Is this just an AI-generated report?
The process uses multiple retrieval and evaluation steps against a shared diagnostic standard, and ties every major finding to supporting evidence. Where evidence is insufficient, retrieval failed, or something is contradictory, the report does not assert a conclusion, and a report that doesn’t meet the internal QA bar is not treated as finished.
Which AI search services do you check?
OpenAI Web Search via its API. The service, model, and observation date/time actually used are recorded in the report. Because answers change with the moment, model, search feature, and region, results are presented with those observation conditions attached.

The interactive two-step form is currently in Japanese. English company names, URLs, and business context can be entered.
