Netsujo Inc. is recruiting a contract partner to support the operation of "Netsujo SIGNAL." This is a contract-work role, not an offer of employment (full-time, fixed-term, or part-time staff).

What Netsujo SIGNAL is

Netsujo SIGNAL is a web-improvement service that makes a company website easier for search engines, generative AI, and prospective clients to find, and makes sure the content comes across accurately. The work uses AI agents that Netsujo has built and tuned, so deep SEO consulting or programming experience is not required — but this is not a job of handing AI output straight to a client. Client interviews, fact-checking, reviewing output, progress management, and organizing deliverables all matter.

Main tasks

• Client communication: online meetings, hearing current issues and requests, explaining the service and process, requesting materials, explaining improvements and deliverables, and day-to-day progress updates
• AI-assisted analysis and improvement: organizing public information about a client, diagnosing a website, drawing out SEO/AI-search improvements, drafting service pages/FAQs/case studies/profiles, drafting titles and descriptions, drafting structured-data implementations, and writing improvement reports
• Applying changes to a site: entering copy into a CMS, updating titles/headings/descriptions, adding FAQs or profiles, setting images/links/buttons, applying AI-generated code, and checking the result for broken links or layout issues

Requirements

• A basic understanding of SEO
• A basic understanding of GA4 and Google Search Console
• Experience communicating with clients, business partners, or internal stakeholders
• Able to use chat, email, and online meetings
• Basic use of Google Docs and Sheets
• Comfortable raising questions rather than pushing ahead when something is unclear
• Able to handle client and unpublished information appropriately
• Your own computer and internet connection for the work

Preferred experience

• Client meetings or customer-support experience with corporate clients
• Experience at a web production company, advertising agency, or consulting firm
• Experience updating or operating a website
• CMS experience (e.g. WordPress)
• Experience writing SEO articles or web content
• Sales-support, direction, or progress-management experience
• Experience using GA4 or Google Search Console
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
• Experience using generative AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude

Using AI agents

The role uses AI agents and generative-AI services designated by Netsujo. AI output is not always correct, so the following checks are expected before anything goes live: it matches the facts the client provided; no non-existent services, results, or qualifications have been added; there are no errors in numbers, names, addresses, or URLs; nothing disadvantages the client; nothing is unnaturally or excessively assertive; and the implementation stays within the agreed scope. Entering a client’s unpublished information, personal data, passwords, or access credentials into an external AI service without permission is not allowed.

Contract terms

• Payment: hourly rate from ¥1,500 (excluding tax), set based on experience, skill, and scope before the contract begins
• Location: fully remote, anywhere in Japan, provided the environment prevents screen-viewing by third parties or information leaks
• Hours: no fixed shifts; deadlines and workload are agreed per engagement
• Workload: agreed case by case; continuous work or a minimum number of hours is not guaranteed
• Payment cycle: month-end close, paid at the end of the following month; hours are logged in an agreed format, and expected/maximum hours are set in advance; bank transfer fees are covered by Netsujo Inc.
