How the public diagnosis works
- You choose, at registration, whether to volunteer for the public diagnosis
- We select the companies to feature from those who volunteered
- We share the diagnosis target URL and main talking points in advance
- We confirm what information may be made public
- No confidential information is discussed on the day
- Any recording, photography, or reuse is confirmed separately
- Declining to take part does not affect your seminar participation
We will not feature a participating company's website without their prior consent.
Rules for taking part safely
Declining to take part in the public diagnosis does not affect your seminar participation. Any recording, photography, or reuse is confirmed with the company concerned separately. Any post-seminar individual consultation or introduction to Netsujo SIGNAL is offered only to those who request it — participation alone does not lead to ongoing sales contact. Registration information is used for accepting registrations, session announcements, on-the-day operations, and responding to individual consultations for those who request them; where information would be shared with a co-host or partner organisation, the recipient, the items shared, and the purpose are stated on the registration form and consent is obtained.
On external relationships: co-hosting, endorsement, and venue cooperation are shown only for organisations that have formally agreed to that specific session. Netsujo's past activity with government bodies, universities, and other organisations does not imply their endorsement, sponsorship, or quality assurance of this session or of Netsujo SIGNAL.
