FAQ

How do I get started with Web3 in Kansai?
We start by organizing your business problem and confirming whether the technology applies. Netsujo offers a free initial consultation and covers the whole Kansai region from our Kyoto base — typically starting with the Web3 PoC design package (from JPY 800,000) and expanding step by step once a small verification succeeds.
What does it cost?
The PoC design package is JPY 800,000 (excluding tax, fixed price), over roughly 4 weeks. Development and implementation phases vary by scale and technical requirements — we can give a rough estimate at the first consultation.
How does a PoC (proof of concept) proceed?
Roughly: (1) interviewing and organizing the problem (2–4 weeks); (2) designing use cases and setting hypotheses; (3) a small-scale PoC implementation (1–3 months); (4) measuring and evaluating the results; (5) deciding on full adoption. We agree on exit criteria and a definition of success up front, to minimize the risk of a PoC that goes nowhere.
Can you take on projects outside Kansai?
Yes. We support projects nationwide remotely from our Kyoto base; separate arrangements can be discussed if an on-site visit is needed.
Can you support local-government demonstration projects?
Yes. We joined the "Chain Up KYOTO" working group as of March 10, 2026 and take part in discussions on real-world implementation of Web3/blockchain. See our government and public-sector page for more.

Whether the concept is unsettled or the budget is undecided, the first consultation is free.
