AI Practice Community
This is a community for people who want to move beyond trying generative AI and AI agents and use them in real development and business workflows.
In our Japanese-language LINE OpenChat, we share reusable lessons from Netsujo operations, relevant articles and events, and practical questions from participants.
Open LINE and join the Japanese-language AI practice room.
Join the LINE OpenChatWho this community is for
- People using AI agents
- Developers and operators experimenting with Codex, Claude Code, and other agent workflows who want to make them reliable in day-to-day work.
- Teams bringing AI into business operations
- People who want repeatable workflows rather than one-off prompts.
- People designing safer AI operations
- Practitioners thinking about state management, independent review, permissions, failure recovery, and operational controls.
- People who want peer exchange
- Participants who want to compare what worked, what failed, and what they changed.
What we share
- Reusable lessons from Netsujo AI-agent operations, including state management, role separation, review, and recovery design.
- Short notes on tools and workflows that worked, failed, or were deliberately abandoned.
- Links to detailed articles and related events so useful discussions do not disappear inside chat.
Recent practical knowledge
Why state management became the hardest part of multi-agent developmentLessons from running Codex and Claude Code in parallel, including exact-head review and restart-safe operations.
Role-separated development with ChatGPT, Claude Code, and CodexWhat role separation improves, where it adds overhead, and how to keep implementation and review independent.
Parallel AI-agent development with Git worktreesHow isolation helps and why it is not enough by itself to prevent semantic conflicts.
Netsujo Agent OSOur work on treating AI agents as an operating system for repeatable business and development workflows.
From online discussion to real-world events
Netsujo also operates Miyako de IT, a Kyoto-based IT community. AI and technology events provide a place to continue discussions in person and work on practical topics together.

This is not a sales room
The OpenChat is not designed as a one-way promotion channel for Netsujo services. When Netsujo experience is shared, it is generalized into lessons that other teams can reuse. Customer information, secrets, private repository content, specific vulnerabilities, and permission details are not shared.
The room is primarily Japanese-language; reading-only participation is welcome.
